- Manuscripts may be submitted in one of four languages: English, French, Arabic, or Tamazight (Berber), and must be submitted via the platform https://cmp.archeditech.org , and sent by email to the following address: : gcmas@esc-alger.dz
- The title page must include: authors’ full names, email addresses, telephone numbers, academic or professional positions, institutional affiliations, and the title of the paper.
- Electronic file naming convention: Author(s)’ names – Track number – Paper title.
- Submissions must comply with the following standards:
- Originality and mandatory alignment with one of the conference themes
- APA referencing style
- Maximum length: 20 pages, prepared in Word format
- Font: Times New Roman-, size 12; bold for headings and regular for body text
- Line spacing: 1.5; margins: 3 cm (left) and 2.5 cm (top, bottom, right)

A selection of accepted papers will be published in a collective volume with an international ISBN.
Another selection of papers will be published in peer-reviewed journals of the organizing laboratories:
