Prof. Rosa TOURI, Professor at the \u00c9cole Sup\u00e9rieure de Commerce (ESC Alger) and Research Associate at UVSQ, Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay, LAREQUOI, Versailles, France, is the Founder and President of the International Conference: Governance, Culture, and Management of Strategic Alliances.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her initial research on interactions within international joint ventures was conducted as part of her first doctoral dissertation, prepared at EHEC Algiers under the supervision of the deceased Dr. Sebti BOUGHACHICHE, on the topic \u201cStrategic Alliances and Learning\u201d, which she defended in November 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This research continued as part of a second doctoral dissertation prepared in collaboration with UVSQ, Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay, and LAREQUOI, under the supervision of the deceased Prof. Philippe HERMEL, on the topic \u201cOrganizational and Cultural Dimensions of International Dyadic Alliances: A Study of Two Alliance Cases in the Algerian Context\u201d, defended in December 2016.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prof. Rosa TOURI continued the work in these areas and launched the first edition of the conference in 2018 with the support of several fellow faculty members and researchers, including Prof. Ouardia LAOUDJ (EHEC Algiers).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2020, a research team named \u201cPAJVI\u201d was established, and subsequent editions have been organized to expand partnerships and sustain collaboration with the business community, gradually strengthening the conference\u2019s international dimension.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2026 edition prioritized the African continent, featuring exceptional speakers from Mauritania, Senegal, Cameroon, and Tunisia, as well as participants from other countries, further strengthening the conference\u2019s international scope (Algeria, Turkey, England, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This fourth edition, held in June 2026, was a resounding success. It was organized in collaboration with the PRFU Research Team \u201cPolicy to Support Algerian Companies in International Joint Ventures\u201d, in partnership with the \u201cChanges in Managerial Practices and Governance\u201d Research Team affiliated with the MAGIPO Research Laboratory (ESC Algiers), in partnership with the \u201cPractical Studies in Business and Management Sciences\u201d Research Laboratory, and in partnership with the\u201cValue Chain Management of Innovative Economic Ecosystems in Algeria\u201d Research Team (EHEC Algiers).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
