من يقف وراء تنظيم GCMAS 4؟

Prof. Rosa TOURI, Professor at the École Supérieure de Commerce (ESC Alger) and Research Associate at UVSQ, Université Paris-Saclay, LAREQUOI, Versailles, France, is the Founder and President of the International Conference: Governance, Culture, and Management of Strategic Alliances.

Her initial research on interactions within international joint ventures was conducted as part of her first doctoral dissertation, prepared at EHEC Algiers under the supervision of the deceased Dr. Sebti BOUGHACHICHE, on the topic “Strategic Alliances and Learning”, which she defended in November 2012.

This research continued as part of a second doctoral dissertation prepared in collaboration with UVSQ, Université Paris-Saclay, and LAREQUOI, under the supervision of the deceased Prof. Philippe HERMEL, on the topic “Organizational and Cultural Dimensions of International Dyadic Alliances: A Study of Two Alliance Cases in the Algerian Context”, defended in December 2016.

Prof. Rosa TOURI continued the work in these areas and launched the first edition of the conference in 2018 with the support of several fellow faculty members and researchers, including Prof. Ouardia LAOUDJ (EHEC Algiers).

In 2020, a research team named “PAJVI” was established, and subsequent editions have been organized to expand partnerships and sustain collaboration with the business community, gradually strengthening the conference’s international dimension.

The 2026 edition prioritized the African continent, featuring exceptional speakers from Mauritania, Senegal, Cameroon, and Tunisia, as well as participants from other countries, further strengthening the conference’s international scope (Algeria, Turkey, England, etc.).

This fourth edition, held in June 2026, was a resounding success. It was organized in collaboration with the PRFU Research Team “Policy to Support Algerian Companies in International Joint Ventures”, in partnership with the “Changes in Managerial Practices and Governance” Research Team affiliated with the MAGIPO Research Laboratory (ESC Algiers), in partnership with the “Practical Studies in Business and Management Sciences” Research Laboratory, and in partnership with the“Value Chain Management of Innovative Economic Ecosystems in Algeria” Research Team (EHEC Algiers).
